Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The text is in Microsoft Word (.doc), Open Office o RTF, LaTeX file format.
- All graphs and tables are in separate files, with a 300 DPI resolution.
- The summary (of up to 600 characters) is written in the language of the article and in English, or in Spanish (in case the article is written in English); keywords in the respective language, separated by commas.
- The text complies with the rules concerning style and bibliographic referencing laid down in the Author Guidelines which can be found in the “About the Journal” tab.
- I have met all the requirements concerning the preparation of the text which is going to be submitted to the double-blind peer review process.
- As the author who submits the article for the publication I filled in the statement on authorship contribution, in which I gave information concerning the contribution of coauthors of the article. The form must be filled in and sent in a separate file along with the article. I signed the copyright agreement on behalf of all the authors.

3. The personal information provided by users is protected against unauthorized access.
4. UMCS Publishing House collects data provided by readers during the contact with the publishing house.
5. The users’ personal information will not be used for commercial or marketing purposes.
6. The users’ data will not be transmitted to other companies.
7. UMCS Publishing House can get in contact with users by e-mail, phone or mail to, among other things, verify the mailing address necessary to make an order or a contract.
8. The user has the right to access, modify and delete the personal data provided. It can be done by getting in contact with UMCS Publishing House or through the journal’s editorial platform.
