L’expression des émotions par les animaux anthropomorphisés et par les humains en littérature de jeunesse : une étude comparative de quelques albums

Cet article s’intéresse à l’expression des émotions dans les albums de littérature de jeunesse. Des albums présentant uniquement des animaux anthropomorphisés ont été comparés à des albums où tous les personnages sont des êtres humains. On a observé que les albums avec des animaux anthropomorphisés comptent moins de références textuelles décrivant les émotions et que la concordance entre le texte et les illustrations y est moins perceptible. Les albums mettant en scène des êtres humains s’avèrent donc un choix plus judicieux pour soutenir la compréhension des émotions chez les jeunes enfants.
