Abstract


A report on the international conference held on the occasion of several anniversaries: 145 years of the existence of the Department of Slavic Studies of the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, 175 years since the birth of Platon Kulakovsky, the first Russian language lector and founder of Belgrade University Russian Studies, 75 years since the foundation of the Slavic Society of Serbia and 50 years since the passing of prof. Dr. Radovan Lalić, long-time director of the Department of Slavic Studies and president of the Slavic Society of Serbia (Belgrade, January 12–13, 2023).
