Author Guidelines
Prepare your manuscript as a single file in Word document format (doc, docx) or Open Document Format (odt). Please ensure the figures and the tables included in the single file are placed next to the relevant text in the manuscript, rather than at the bottom or the top of the file.
Manuscript must contain the essential elements needed to convey your manuscript, for example Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, Artwork and Tables with Captions. Divide the article into clearly defined sections.
Ensure that each figure is numbered and has a caption below.
Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text and place table caption above the table body. Please avoid using vertical rules.
Please submit math equations as editable text and not as images. Present simple formulae in line with normal text where possible and use the solidus (/) instead of a horizontal line for small fractional terms, e.g., X/Y. In principle, variables are to be presented in italics. Number consecutively any equations that have to be displayed separately from the text.
Two styles of references formatting are accepted:
1. References listed in alphabetical order containing author(s) name(s), journal title/book title, chapter title/article title, year of publication, volume number/book chapter and the pagination. Citations in the text should be marked by first author’s name and year of publication and placed in curved brackets, e.g. (O’Neil et al., 1973).
2. References listed with subsequent numbers. The arrangement of the references should be in consecutive order as they are cited in the text. Citations in the text should be marked by Arab numbers in square brackets.
Editorial does not charge for the publication of articles.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal. Additionally, you have ready to attach with your article signed percentage of author`s work declaration.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
