Ewa Klęczaj-Siara holds a PhD in American Literature from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University of Lublin. She teaches American literature and culture courses at Kazimierz Pulaski University of Radom, Faculty of Philology and Pedagogy. Her research profile focuses on African American picturebooks, the rhetoric of resistance, and the representation of Black space in children’s literature. She has published extensively in her discipline, in journals such as Polish Journal for American Studies, College Literature, International Research of Children’s Literature, Res Rhetorica, Dzieciństwo Literatura i Kultura.
