Doctor of law degree obtained on 16 June 2009 at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Faculty of Law and Administration, based on the doctoral dissertation entitled Sanctions in Tax Law, which received the second prize in the competition for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of tax law defended in 2007–2010 organized by the Center for Tax Documentation and Studies in Lodz (University of Lodz). From October 1, 2000, he was employed at the University of Rzeszów, Faculty of Law and Administration (currently the Institute of Legal Sciences), as an assistant and assistant professor at the Faculty of Financial Law. The main functions: Vice-Dean for full-time and student studies (from 1 September 2012 to 30 September 2016), Vice-Dean for external studies (from 1 September 2016 to 30 2019); currently Vice-Director of the Institute of Legal Sciences at the College of Social Sciences. Author and co-author of 84 scientific publications in the field of financial and tax law (monographs, articles, scripts and glosses). Author and co-author of 32 lecture presented at scientific conferences. Head of the NCN grant in the MINIATURA2 (no. 2018/02X/HS5/00491).
