Abstract

The paper concerns basic regulations of the Law on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in airports for public use. Author considers the normative and practical issues in this bill, which are relevant to the construction of Lublin Airport. The article shows that such a special law is an important legal instrument in the implementation of public investments.
