Jolanta Chwastyk-Kowalczyk – She works at the Institute of Media, Journalism and Social Communication at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. In the years 2009–2012 she was the deputy director for Scientific Affairs, and in the years 2012–2016 the director of the Institute's parental organisation. Since 2012, Head of the Journalism Department. Her research field is the exile and emigration press and media in the transformation process, especially in Great Britain. She has authored over 170 scientific articles and eleven compact publications: „Bluszcz” w latach 1918–1939. Since 2010 – Member of the Press Studies Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) Branch in Kraków, since March 2015 – Member of the Committee’s Board; from March 2023 – vice-president; affiliated professor at Polish University in Exile (PUNO) in London. Since 2012 – editor-in-chief of the resumed „Zeszyty Naukowe PUNO” (London). In the years 2008–2017 – scientific secretary and co-editor of the „Rocznik Bibliologiczno-Prasoznawczy” (Kielce). She participated actively in several dozen national scientific conferences with international range, including media science, political science, sociology, history, bibliology, and pedagogy. She conducts thematic master's and doctoral seminars about emigration at UJK and PUNO.

Izabela Krasińska – PhD in the field of humanities in the discipline of bibliology and information science, a university professor, Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, the Institute of Media, Journalism and Social Communication, a bibliologist, press expert, historian. The research interests: history of books and press until 1939, abstinence press in the years 1843–1939, contemporary Polish abstinence periodicals, history of the addictions, social, economic and cultural history, and history of education. The author or the co-author of six compact publications and about 80 scientific articles and chapters in the monographs. The most important compact publications: Biblioteka i Czytelnia Sklepu Ubogich w Radomiu w latach 1848–1871 (Kielce 2008, co-authored with Edyta Brylska-Szmidt); Ks. Władysław Muszalski, Uwagi z życia szkolnego. Pamiętnik radomskiego katechety z lat 1917–1919 (Kielce 2012, co-authored with Małgorzata Stawiak-Ososińska); Życie kulturalne w miastach i miasteczkach guberni radomskiej w latach 1864–1914 (Radom 2015); Polskojęzyczne czasopisma abstynenckie w latach 1843–1914 (Kraków 2018). She published scholarly articles in the following journals: „Archiwa, Biblioteki i Muzea Kościelne”, „Studia Polonijne”, „Rocznik Historii Prasy Polskiej”, „Zeszyty Prasoznawcze”, „Studia z Dziejów Rosji i Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej”, „Res Historica”, „Medycyna Nowożytna”, „Alkoholizm i Narkomania”, and others.
